Currently, errors and omissions may occur because data is written from the eyes of the tester, from the operation of the equipment to the test data during testing through the Marshall stability tester at domestic and foreign as well as the situation room such as the type, temperature, particle size, runoff, and weight of the current asphalt. Using IoT (Internet of Things) technology, it is necessary to develop a Marshall stability tester that is delivered directly to a wireless sharing system without going through an asphalt plant laboratory. In this study, the IG-IoT Version-1 board, an IoT measurement sensor device, was developed by analyzing a commercial board for the Marshall stability tester applied with the IoT system. Therefore, it was optimized through a load cell load comparison test with an expensive data logger Devetron and a potentiometer comparison test. In addition, by applying the IG-IoT Version-1 board, an index supplementary IoT Marshall stability tester was produced. This research team plans to design and develop the IG-IoT Version-2 board PCB by adding error correction and communication modules to the IG-IoT Version-1 board. After verification, we plan to develop a Marshall stability tester using the IoT wireless sharing system applied with the IG-IoT Version-2 board.
