This paper presents performance and quality in construction using the modified asphalt mixture that includes the polymer with crumb rubber produced from the scrap tire. The uses of many types of modified asphalt mixtures are getting popular and more demand due the climate change and volume of the traffic increasing. This paper is regarding the dry process in using the crumb rubber with inclusion of the polymer. The particle size of the tire is below 40 mesh. The laboratory tests include the wheel tracking test and moisture susceptibility test and the field tests at many different locations and monitored the performance. The both laboratory and field tests show that the inclusion of the polymer with dry process crumb rubber is able to significantly improve in reducing the permanent deformation and also increasing the moisture resistance. It was found that the dry crumb rubber method can be improved the performance of the asphalt mixture using the polymer that used in this study.
