Abstract
The LTPP (Long-term Pavement Performance) data of a pavement are considered useful in many evaluation processes, such as prediction, design, construction, the effect of maintenance, and new methods/ materials. Because of this, there is a need for long-term research and a systematic management of the results. In this study, the LTPP classification system has been reestablished to analyze the performance of maintenance sections. A total of 197 GPS (General Pavement Studies) and 19 SPS (Specific Pavement Studies) were evaluated in terms of functionality, structure, and safety, and were subjected also to a field study. The LTPP D/B Database) was created by entering the evaluated results in the existing LTPP tracing survey system. The LTTP analysis of the asphalt LTPP data indicated a greater HPCI decrease in repair and maintenance sections than the new pavement section. Furthermore, an evaluation of the early-age performance of cement concrete bridge deck pavements was conducted using the LTPP D/B.
