Abstract
The study was conducted to observe detailed changes in temperature sensitivity and viscoelastic behavior as a result of quality testing of two types of binders (AP-5 and PG 76-22) at different refineries for about 60 months. The temperature sensitivity was evaluated by the change of the penetration, the softening point, the penetration index and the viscosity of binders and the viscoelastic behavior was confirmed by the change of G*, phase angle(8), stiffness and m-value. As a result of the test, the physical properties of the asphalt binder were not clearly distinguished. In that case of he flow of G* after PA乂 the two types of AP-5 showed similar but PG 76-22 binder was confirmed that the variation of value. The two types of AP-5 showed stiffness changes with time at the lowest temperatures, while PG 76-22 binder maintained a constant range of change and exhibited stable behavior.
