This Study presents the development and performance evaluation of the stiffness patching. Stiffness patching mixture was produced adding four kinds of additives (resin, hardner, power and catalysis) using Marshall compactor and conducted to performance evaluation using Marshall stability test, resident stability and dynamic stability test with three kinds of patching used in practice for comparison. The results of test, it was founds that the Marshall stability and Dynamic stability of stiffness-patching mixture was increased as the curing reaction proceed and it met the criteria suggested by the KS (Korea Standard; KS F 2369) and Korea Expressway Corporation Research Institute. The retained stability of stiffness-patching mixture is 81% and it was satisfied with the criteria. As a result, Stiffness-patching shows that grater performance compared to three kinds of patching used in practice.
